“Leading Without Ego” seminar

On March 6, 2026, Varduhi Harutyunyan, director of WIP – Work In Progress, held a seminar on “Ego management” for the members of the Club Capital Business club.
The seminar explored how ego manifests itself in managers’ day-to-day work and how it affects decision-making, communication and team collaboration.
Participants had the opportunity to analyze real work situations, identify their own behavioral patterns and understand how ego can limit effective leadership.
