Hello, I’m Varduhi, founder and director of WIP – Work In Progress.

I don’t use any artificial intelligence tools when writing my message — I want it to be truly my own and to come straight from the heart.

Before I tell you about WIP, I would like to share a little about myself.

I was born in Yerevan in 1982. I started working at a very young age. Naturally, I took on a number of demanding jobs that were very hard at the time — yet it was precisely that experience that later played an invaluable role in shaping me as both a person and a professional.

I began my professional career in 2000. Since then, I have worked in a variety of fields: sociological research, customer service, marketing and human resources management.

All of these professions have one thing in common: they are all about working with people — and about people themselves.

Over the past 15 years in particular, I have held leadership positions at a number of Armenia’s largest companies.

Eight years ago, I founded WIP, a consulting company. Since then, the number of partner organizations we have worked with has exceeded 30 — and, to my great delight, it keeps growing day by day.

I have three children, who are, without a doubt, my most successful projects.
